At Alexander Hutton, we strive for sartorial perfection; however, if your selection is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Alexander Hutton packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
